How it works

Define your session menu

In Services, create separate entries for discovery, coaching, and strategy work. Describe who each session is for and what the client should prepare. Set a realistic duration for each one, rather than fitting every conversation into a single generic meeting slot.

Set availability and check the booking page

Connect the appropriate Google Calendar and configure your business and specialist working hours. Open View website to check the public page, then walk through the service, specialist, and time choices. Check that the session descriptions and prices match what you intend to offer before sharing the link.

Share one link and manage follow-ups

Add your booking link to your website or email signature so clients can select a session and enter their contact details. Review appointments in Calendar and past visits in Customers. If you collect online payments, configure your payment method and deposit settings before accepting paid bookings; the payments guide explains the available options.

Different services for different stages

A prospect deciding whether to work with you needs a different appointment from an established client reviewing progress. Give each session a clear name, description, duration, and price so clients can choose without asking you to explain the options by email.

A calendar for each coach

For a practice with several coaches, add team members and connect their calendars. Clients select the service and specialist when booking. In the owner workspace, use Individual view to inspect each coach’s schedule or Unified view to see appointments together.

Client history between appointments

Use Customers to find contact details and appointment history before a follow-up. For ongoing work, agree the next meeting with your client and book that appointment separately. A repeat coaching relationship does not require presenting a discovery call as the same service each time.
