How much does Okiba cost?
Okiba starts at $10 USD per month for one location and two staff. Each additional location costs $10/month and includes two more staff. Additional staff beyond the included seats cost $5/month each. Billing is monthly.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial without a credit card. You choose when to purchase a subscription; trial expiration does not automatically charge you.
Can customers book without creating an account?
Yes. Customers can choose a service, specialist, and available appointment time through your booking page without creating an Okiba account.
Can I accept payments through my booking website?
Yes. Connect your Stripe account to accept card payments. Card payments processed through Okiba have a platform fee of 3.2% + $0.30 per transaction. Review Stripe processing costs for your connected account as well.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your booking page goes offline when trial access expires. Choose a paid subscription to restore access. Unsubscribed trial business data is scheduled for deletion 90 days after trial expiration.
